At Flipsalis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your luggage or travel accessories, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if necessary.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement for any defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
